PairShot Privacy Policy

01Purposes of Processing
PairShot processes personal data for the following purposes, helping workers in construction, maintenance, and similar fields pair Before and After photos and manage them in a library:
- Capturing and automatically pairing Before/After photos
- Recording capture location per project
- Generating composite images and applying watermarks
02Information Collected
- Photos taken with the camera (required)
- GPS location at the time of capture (optional, if permission granted)
The App does not require account creation and does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, device identifiers, or other personally identifiable information.
03Retention Period
All collected information is stored only on the user’s device and is retained:
- Until the user deletes the photo within the App, or
- Until the user uninstalls the App.
The developer does not store user photos or location data on any server, and has no separate retention obligation.
04Third-Party Disclosure
The App does not disclose user personal data to any third party.
05Processing Outsourcing
The App does not outsource personal data processing to any external party.
06Destruction Procedure
- In-app data: deleted at the operating system level immediately when the user uninstalls the App or removes a photo within the App.
- Photos saved to the device gallery: the App does not auto-delete gallery photos; the user must delete them from the device gallery directly.
07Permission Purposes
- Camera — capturing Before/After photos
- Location (GPS) — recording capture location per project
- Storage — saving photos to the device gallery
Each permission can be revoked or changed at any time in your device settings; revoking a permission disables the corresponding feature.
08Location Data Handling
Under the Korean Location Information Protection Act, location data is handled as follows:
- Purpose: recording capture location per project
- Method: stored only as photo metadata on the device
- Usage record retention: none (data is not transmitted externally)
- Opt-out: revoke the location permission in your device settings, or disable “Include GPS coordinates” in the App settings
09Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access
- Right to correct or delete
- Right to suspend processing
Since the App does not store any data on external servers, you can directly exercise these rights within the App in real time. For additional inquiries, please use the contact information at the end of this Policy.
10Security Measures
- All data is stored only on the user’s device and is never transmitted externally.
- The App does not operate any server or external database.
- OS-level encryption and access control of the device apply to the stored data.

12Changes to This Policy
