PairShot Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms govern the use of the PairShot mobile application (the “App”).
- Downloading, installing, or using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Service Provider
- The App is provided by an individual developer.
- Payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play), depending on the platform on which the App is installed.
- Digital content and features are provided by the developer.
3. Subscription (PairShot Pro)
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions (United States pricing).
iOS (App Store)
- Monthly: $3.99 / month
- Annual: $39.99 / year (~$3.33 / month)
Android (Google Play)
- Monthly: $2.99 / month
- Annual: $28.99 / year (~$2.42 / month)
Prices in other regions are displayed in your local currency on the respective store at the time of purchase.
A subscription unlocks the following features:
- Unlimited daily photo pairs
- Ad removal
- Watermark logo customization
- Composite labeling
4. Free Trial
- New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
- If not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
- The free trial may not be available to users who have already used it.
5. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the expiration date.
- Charges are billed to the payment method on file with your Apple ID or Google account, depending on the platform.
- The renewal price reflects the store price at the time of renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the following paths:
- iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > PairShot
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > PairShot
- Or, within the App: Settings > Manage Subscription
All Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the platform on which you purchased.
iOS (Apple)
- Submit refund requests at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You may also submit a request through Settings > Request Refund within the App (iOS 17+).
Android (Google Play)
- Submit refund requests via Google Play Store > Menu > Help & feedback > Refund.
- You may also submit a request at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
8. Price Changes
- If subscription prices change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the App or email.
- If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel to stop renewal.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is”.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
- Users are responsible for backing up their own data, including captured photos.
10. Changes to These Terms
- When these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
- For material changes, separate notice will be provided within the App.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Code of Civil Procedure.
